Nunnington farm is very fortunate to be well located to enjoy many nearby interesting attractions.

We are a fifteen minute drive to the delightful, historic, cathedral city of Chichester which is Well worth a visit. There is a cinema, swimming pool and bowling alley if you are unlucky and get a rainy day. There are plenty of different cafés and restaurants to try. There is plenty of adequate public parking.

Buses run every fifteen minutes from West Wittering to Chichester. There is an easy train commute to Portsmouth, Brighton, London and many more major towns and cities.

Goodwood House and Goodwood Racecourse are only a twenty five minute drive from Nunnington. Goodwood race circuit has the largest, world renowned car events, the Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival, held every year.

For the horse lover, there is riding at West Wittering and Huntston.

There is a golf course at Hunston (three miles away).

Learn a new sport while you are away. You can get tuition and hire for windsurfing, kitesurfing and standup paddle board at 2XS on West Wittering beach.

You can explore the beautiful Chichester Harbour area on the Salterns Way cycle track which runs from the centre of Chichester to West Wittering beach, passing Nunnington Farm on the way.

The launching of boats is easy at Ichenor, three miles from the camp site, at any state of the tide.

You can take the ferry from Itchenor to the picturesque village of Bosham.

Fishing tours and boat trips are available from Chichester Harbour Water Tours - the perfect way to see this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Fishbourne Roman Palace and the historic Weald and Downland Museum are well worth a visit. They are situated on the outskirts of Chichester

The quaint town of Arundel has a magnificent castle and is only a thirty five minute drive from Nunnington.

Why not not visit Portsmouth, with the famous Spinnaker tower land mark. a thirty minute drive away? There is the Historic Dockyard with the Mary Rose, Victory and Submarine centre to name but a few.

Gunwharf Keys is a large outlet shopping centre with lovely pubs and restaurants.

Portsmouth Harbour has vehicle or passenger ferries frequently travelling to the unique, scenic, Isle of Wight, why not have a trip to remember?
